Note. Values were converted for the original studies were converted to 2012 dollars using the Consumer Price Index for Urban Workers (CPI-U). Studies were as follows: Abecedarian (Barnett & Masse, 2007), CPC (Reynolds et al., 2002, 2011b), and Perry (Schweinhart et al. 2005). Washington State Institute for Public Policy (WSIPP) meta-analysis included 49 studies of state and school district programs.
