Antigen-specific cytokine responses were only modestly altered by clozapine treatment 15 days post-immunization. C57BL/6 mice were immunized and treated with clozapine (60 mg/kg/day) or vehicle as in Figure 1(a). Fifteen days post-immunization, splenocytes were isolated and cultured in the presence of MOG (a–e; 27 µg/mL) or ConA (f–j; 3 µg/mL) for 72 or 48 hours, respectively. IFN-γ (a, f), IL-17 a (b, g), IL-6 (c, h), IL-2 (d, i), and TNF-α (e, j) were assessed by cytometric bead array.
