Priming effect of GnRH upon blebs formation. (A) Serum-starved LβT2 cells were incubated for 30 min with 10 nM GnRH and analyzed for blebs formation as above. Another group of cells were first incubated for 30 min with 10 nM GnRH, at the end of which GnRH was removed by a wash. Six hours later, a second dose of 10 nM of GnRH was added to the cells. Both groups of cells were imaged using confocal microscopy. The scale bar is 20 µm. (B) Quantitation of blebbing cells in control, GnRH (first treatment) and GnRH (second treatment).
