TQ5 on the phosphorylation of MAPK induced by collagen in human platelets. Washed platelets (1.2 × 109 cells/mL) were incubated with solvent control (0.5% DMSO) or TQ5 (3 and 5 µM) and then treated with 1 µg/mL collagen to induce platelet activation. The subcellular extracts were analyzed for the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK (A), ERK2 (B) and JNK1 (C) by western blotting. Data are presented as the mean ± S.E.M.
