The photo-stability measurement of Gal-Pro, compound 1, commercial dyes IR-780 and IR-820 in 1× PBS. All sample concentrations were kept as 5 μM and sample solutions were measured under sustained excitation at 620 nm (by a spectrofluorometer) for 3h with time interval of 10 min. The ratio of fluorescent intensity (F) to initial fluorescent intensity (Finitial, time ≈ 0) was collected at 703 nm for Gal-Pro and Compound 1; 802 nm for IR-780; 825 nm for IR 820.
