Basal gene expression of wild-type and CXCR3^−/− cultured primary fibroblasts. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR using the ΔΔCt method of analysis was used to quantify the copy number of each gene transcript of interest in primary pulmonary fibroblasts isolated from wild-type and CXCR3^−/− animals. Data are shown as fold change as compared with wild type.
