Temperature stability was determined by incubating the WS/DGAT for 20 min at different temperatures before measuring residual activities under standard conditions. (C) Palmitoyl-CoA dependency of purified WS/DGAT. WS and DGAT enzyme assays were performed at various palmitoyl-CoA concentrations.
