rExoU (34.4 pmol) and 5 μg of yeast extract were incubated with liposomes with various 14C-labeled tracers at pH 6.5 and 30°C for 3 h. Phospholipase activity is shown as a percentage of the activity of a positive control of identical liposomes treated with honeybee venom PLA2 (17.2 pmol).
