Upregulation of miR-375 level inhibits BDNF expression by downregulating JAK2 in the DRG of morphine-tolerant mice. (A and B) qRT-PCR and Western blot assays are used to detect BDNF mRNA and protein expression levels in DRG after morphine treatment. (C and D) mRNA and protein expression levels of BDNF are examined in spinal cord via qRT-PCR and Western blot analysis after morphine treatment. (E and F) Administration of JAK2 siRNA suppresses the increased protein and mRNA expression of BDNF at day 6 following morphine injection.
