Table 2.

Summary of the binding properties and functional efficacies of VEGF ligand splice variants in HEK293T NLuc VEGFR2 cells. Data are mean ± S.E.M of 5 separate experiments. Each individual experiment was performed in triplicate. In the NFAT reporter gene assays 10 nM VEGF165a was included in each experiment and maximal responses are expressed relative to this. For the NanoBRET assays IC50 values were converted to pKi values using the Cheng-Prusoff equation.
