PK profiles of E209 in male Sprague–Dawley rats (a oral dose=9 mg kg⁻¹, IV dose=2 mg kg⁻¹), outbred female Swiss mice (b oral dose=10 mg kg⁻¹, IV dose=2 mg kg⁻¹) and the male beagle dog (c oral dose=5 mg kg⁻¹, IV dose=1 mg kg⁻¹) and allometrically scaled predictions for human PK (d) based on all of the above assuming an oral dose of 15 mg kg⁻¹. Fits constructed are based on predicted median PK parameter values.
