HCT116p53+/+ (A), OE21 (B), HCT116p53−/− (C), FLO1 (D) and H1299 (E) cells were treated with C-1311 (0.1 μM) for 1 hour before exposure to a range of doses of ionizing radiation (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 Gy).
