Animals were grown at 20°C.
The odr-3::tir-1::DsRed transgene was injected at 5 ng/μl.
Results were combined from two transgenic lines, which showed similar penetrance of phenotypes. The odr-3::tir-1 transgene was injected at 50 ng/μl.
