ATLa treatment modulated the content of lung immune cells. Lungs removed from the animals on Day 14 after treatment with saline, BLM (0.06 U/mouse), and BLM plus ATLa late treatment (administered on Days 7 and 10) were prepared as described in Materials and Methods. Lung cells were marked for Ly6G⁺/GR1⁺ cells (A–D), F4/80⁺ (E–H), CD11c⁺/CD11b⁺ (I–L), CD4⁺ (M–P), and B220⁺ (Q–T). *P < 0.05 compared with saline group; ^#P < 0.05 compared with BLM group (n = 8 for each experimental group).
