DNase activity of Mo-CBP2. The pUC18 plasmid (500.0 ng) of E. coli was incubated with Mo-CBP2 (500.0 ng); BSA (500.0 ng) and 0.05 M Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.4 (negative controls); and the recombinant DNase I (2 units, positive control) for 1 h and loaded in 1% (m/mL) agarose gel electrophoresis. Gel was stained with ethidium bromide and observed under UV light.
