MET and CHIP expression patterns in SCLC cell lines. MET (top panel) and CHIP (middle panel) expression patterns were examined using standard immunoblotting of whole cell lysates from the indicated lung cancer cell lines cultured under serum-containing conditions (10% fetal bovine serum): NCI-H69, NCI-H526, NCI-H209, NCI-H345, and NCI-H82. β-actin was included as a loading control (bottom panel).
