Reduced CHIP expression enhances MET protein levels. (A) Following transfection with control siRNA and CHIP siRNA and incubation for 48 hours, cell lysates were prepared and the levels of CHIP and MET were determined by immunoblotting with anti-CHIP and anti-MET antibodies, respectively. (B) Cell lysates were precipitated with anti-MET and anti-CHIP antibodies, and the presence of conjugated MET in the immunocomplexes was detected by immunoblotting with anti-CHIP and anti-MET antibodies.
