Rapamycin promotes cardiac differentiation at early and late stages. Cells were induced by AA and treated with rapamycin (20 nM) at different stages: rapamycin added at days 0–12 (G2), rapamycin added in days 05 (G3), rapamycin added in days 6–12 (G4) and DMSO (0.01%) was added as a control (G1).
