Significant differences detected by paired Student's t-test comparison (for ADC, CBF, BVf, VSI and StO2 maps) or by Wilcoxon Signed-rank (for VD map). In bold, ROIs different from LesionD0; #from ROI Mismatch. For all MRI parameters evaluated, the ROIs Mismatch, LesionD0 and Hypoxia were different from ROI Contra, except for the ROI Mismatch in ADC.
