(A) Migration assays were conducted with the cell line Cal27. We observed radiation-induced migration in both cell groups (EGFRvIII positive and negative). Migration could be blocked significantly by inhibiting the EGF receptor with Tyrphostin AG1478, Gefitinib, and Cetuximab in addition to irradiation.
