(A) The expressions of Gcsf, Il6 and Tgfb1 genes in the indicated organs of naive mice, pUN01-mice, and pIL-35-mice were detected by real-time RT-PCR. (B) Mice were untreated or received i.m. injection of pIL-35 plasmid or pUN01 plasmid. Then, the G-CSF and IL-6 levels in serum of mice were detected by ELISA at the indicated time point.
