The change in cerebral oxyhaemoglobin concentration ([HbO₂]) (A), deoxyhaemoglobin concentration ([HHb]) (B), and total hemoglobin concentration ([tHb]) (C) throughout experimental trials at 3,000 and 4,300 m simulated altitude following nitrate-rich beetroot juice (BRJ) and nitrate-deplete placebo (PLA) supplementation.
