Kinetics of norovirus His-Pro⁻Pol, rPol, and His-Pol UMP incorporation. (A) For each time point (1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 min), a 15-μl reaction mixture containing His-Pro⁻Pol (open circles), rPol (solid triangles), or His-Pol (open triangles) at 1 μM was incubated up to 30 min at 30°C. The reaction mixture contained 100 μM UTP, 5 mM MgCl₂, and 5 μCi of [α-³²P]UTP. The reaction was stopped by adding 3 μl of 0.5 M EDTA, and 6 μl was spotted onto a DE81 filter. The amount of incorporated UMP is given in picomoles (ordinate). For both proteins, mean results and standard deviations of three independent experiments are shown (vertical bars).
