LLG1 interacts with FER. (A) Co-IP of LLG1 and FER from Nicotiana benthamiana transiently expressing YFP–LLG1, YFP–LLG1m (carrying the llg1-3 mutation), and FER-HA. Total protein was extracted and subjected to IP of LLG1 protein by GFP antibody, followed by immunoblot analysis with anti-HA or anti-GFP antibody. (B) Co-IP of LLG1 and FER from transgenic Arabidopsis plants. Total protein was extracted from 3-wk-old plants and subjected to IP by anti-GFP antibody. The proteins were detected by immunoblot analysis with anti-GFP or anti-FLAG antibody. (C) Localization of GFP or FER-GFP in roots of 5-d-old Arabidopsis seedlings. (Scale bar, 20 μm.)
