Fig. 2 — Evolution of T₂ relaxation times with aging for five ice samples: ice control (filled diamonds), ice with BSA (open circles), ice with ECP (filled circles), ice with rIBP(2) (filled triangles) and ice with rIBP(4) (filled squares). Larger T₂ magnetic relaxation values in the ice control and ice with BSA indicate a larger pore length scale, while shorter T₂ values in the ice with IBP samples and lack of change in relaxation with aging is evidence that IBP inhibits growth of liquid vein size.
