Expression of inflammatory cytokines in HT-29 xenograft tumors in nude mice after 21 days of treatment with DOX (4 mg kg−1 wk−1 i.p) alone or in combination with fidarestat in drinking water (25 mg kg−1). The tumors were homogenized in MILLIPLEX MAP Lysis Buffer and analyzed by using a human inflammatory cytokine/chemokine magnetic bead panel (Milliplex MAP Kit) using a Millipore Milliplex analyzer system. Values are Mean ± SD. Samples were analyzed in triplicates. (n = 6 in each group).
