Suppression of autophagy by down-regulated TRPC5 increases sensitivity to ADM in vivo. (A) Female nude mice were inoculated with MCF-7 or MDA-MB 231 cells transfected with control or TRPC5 shRNA lentiviral particles and treated with ADM (6 mg/kg) when the tumors reached ~100 mm3 (n = 5 in each group).
