Depletion of Jab1 sensitized AML cells to AZA. AML cells [U937 (A), THP-1 (B), KG-1 (C), NB4 (D), HL-60 (E)] were treated with Jab1 siRNA for 48 h and were incubated with AZA (5 mmol/L) for 24 h, the cell viability was then determined by Alamar Blue assay.
