Induction and identification of stem cancer cells from U251, and the expression of CUEDC2 in the GSC were determined. (A) The induction process of glioma stem cancer cells by using EGF, bFGF, B27 and LIF factors. The pictures are shown in chronological sequence. Immunofluorescence was used to test the markers of stem cancer cells induced by 5 days. Green, CD133; red, Nestin; blue, DAPI.
