Kaplan-Meier curves for overall survival in 62 patients with urinary bladder cancer. The patients with high CCR7 expression and positive lymph node metastasis showed a significantly worse long-term overall survival rate than those with low CCR7 expression and negative lymph node metastasis by the log-rank test (P<0.001), whereas age (P=0.121), sex (P=0.886), primary tumor stage (P=0.325) and tumor grade (P=0.170) had no prognostic significance for overall survival.
