Explorative behavior in mice exposed to ELS and treated with MS-275. Mice were subjected to ELS as described in Fig. 2 and tested for explorative behavior in the open field test. There was no difference between groups. As described in Fig. 2 mice of the ELS group were then separated into two groups, treated with MS-275 or vehicle for 10 d, and then tested again for explorative behavior. Again, no difference between groups was observed. Please note that the data were obtained from the same animals that subsequently were tested in the novel object recognition test (details are provided in Fig. 2). Error bars indicate SEM.
