FIGURE 5: — myc₇-Glut4 is colocalized with Vps35 but not with LysoTracker in undifferentiated 3T3-L1 cells that express both myc₇-Glut4 and sortilin-myc/His. Top: Cells were stained with goat polyclonal antibody against Vps35 and rabbit polyclonal antibody against Glut4, followed by Texas red–conjugated donkey anti-goat IgG and FITC-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG. Bottom: Cells were incubated with LysoTracker, fixed, and stained with rabbit polyclonal antibody against Glut4, followed by FITC-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG and analyzed by double immunofluorescence.
