Twenty-four rats hypodermic injected (i.h) arctigenin (0.806 μmol/kg) and all tissues were collected at 0.25, 1, 3, and 6 h after injection and the arctigenin concentrations were detected by LC-MS/MS. (n = 6 per treatment group, results were presented as Mean ± SD).
