AG were prepared to three different concentration (0.0672, 0.2687, and 1.075 μmol/L) by human, rat, and dog fresh plasma, individually. All samples (350 μl) added into ultrafiltration tube, 13000 rpm, 30 min, filtrate (100 μl) were detected by LC-MS/MS. (Triplicate assays were performed and results were presented as Mean ± SD).
