Ten microliter AG (100 μM) incubated with different microsome (human, monkey, dog, and rat) at 37°C for 3 min. Hundred microliter samples were collected at 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, and 90 min and detected by LC-MS/MS. (Triplicate assays were performed and results were presented as Mean ± SD).
