A. An expression vector encoding flag-tagged wild-type lamin A or progerin was transduced into HEK293 cells, after which co-immunoprecipitation was conducted with anti-flag antibody. Then the samples were subjected to western blot analysis for detection of DNA-PKcs and flag protein. The empty vector was used as a control. B. An expression vector encoding flag-tagged wild-type lamin A or progerin was transduced into HEK293 cells, following which the levels of phosphorylated DNA-PKcs and flag protein were examined by western blot analysis.
