(B) Identification of the 114 dermis-related Wnt-genes by the online Human Phenotype Enrichment from the previous published documents. Based on (A and B), the overlapped 17 skin-related array-aberrant genes involved in Wnt pathway were identified using Venn graphing. (C) The number on each of the column indicate how many dermis diseases the gene has been enriched in the previous publication.
