Figure 1. We confirm that TLR3 is involved in reovirus infection using HEK-Blue™ hTLR3 cells transfected with pUNO-TLR3 plasmid engineered with an inducible SEAP reporter gene.

At 50 MOI of reovirus infectivity, TLR3 is induced steadily with increase in time as is measured by colorimetric assay of activation of alkaline phosphatase reporter gene under the control of NF-Kβ promoter. The “y” axis represents the optical density of alkaline phosphatase reporter gene expression.
