Calculated using ProtParam [114]. Only the sequence of the mature chain was used for the calculations. The sequences used for the ProtParam analysis were selected according to the following criteria: (i) sequence published in PDB database (http://www.rcsb.org/pdb), and (ii) in case the first criteria was not fulfilled, the isoform 0.0101 sequence published in the International Union of Immunological Societies database was used.
