The clinical criteria for DRESS by RegiSCAR group
| Fever >38 °C |
| Enlarged lymph nodes at least of 2 sites |
| Involvement of at least one internal organ |
| Blood count abnormalities, at least one present. Lymphocytes above or below normal, low platelets and/or eosinophilia |
| Hospitalization |
| Reaction suspected to be drug related |
| Acute rash |
