Experimental procedure for determining the influence of HOXB4 on Runx1 expression. A Design of the employed γ-retroviral HOXB4 co-expression vector. The vector co-expresses a fluorescent protein (mPlum) together with HOXB4 or a 4Tam-inducible fusion protein, HOXB4ERT. Separation of the co-expressed fluorescent protein is mediated by foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) 2Aesterase. B An outline of the experimental procedure is depicted.
