A and B, coordination of OGT1-NSL3 in global histone H4 Lys-5/8/16 acetylation in 293T cells with or without CHX treatment. Cells were co-transfected with the indicated plasmids. 48 h later, Western blot analysis was performed using the indicated antibodies. GAPDH and H2B are internal controls.
