Loss of AtGRXS17 impairs seedlings growth under iron deficiency stress. (A–C), Wild type control, atgrxs17 KO, and AtGRXS17 RNAi seeds were germinated and grown on ½ MS medium (0.5% Sucrose) for 5 days and then transferred onto Fe sufficient or deficient medium as indicated for 6 additional days of growth at 22°C. In (C), primary root growth was measured and the growth rate was calculated relative to wild type controls.
