Glycerol and FFA release was measured in cultured 3T3-L1 adipocytes incubated with several concentrations of RA (50, 100, and 200 μM) in Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium supplemented with 2% fatty acid-free bovine serum albumin for 24 h.
