(a–d) Five to six weeks old WT and NRK1KO male mice were IP injected with 50 mg kg⁻¹ of indicated compound and blood liver samples were collected after 1 h, n=4 per group. Then, NAM level in liver (a) and plasma (b) were measured, as well as NR level in liver (c) and plasma (d) of these animals. (e–g) NR and NMN stability in isolated murine plasma. Plasma samples were isolated from NRK1KO mice. 0.5 mM NR or NMN was incubated with plasma at 37 °C for 60 min. NR (e), NMN (f) and NAM (g) level was measured in samples by LC-QqQ MS. Results shown are mean±s.e.m., *P<0.05 versus WT; #P<0.05 versus vehicle by one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni's post-hoc test (n=3).
