Selection and screening of positive phage by cell ELISA on CLDN-1-positive and -negative cells. (a) Schematic representation of parallel and crossed selection on different cell lines. Positive phage, which selectively bound to each CLDN-1-positive cell line, were submitted to two additional rounds of selection, using either the same combination of cells or crossing the selection with the other one.
