Chemoresistant HONE6 cells exhibit higher expression levels of TIP60 than cisplatin-sensitive HONE1 cells. The expression levels of TIP60 in HONE1 and HONE6 cells were determined by qRT-PCR (A) and Western blotting (B). The expression level of TIP60 in HONE6 cells was normalized by the level in HONE1 cells. (C) HONE1 cells were treated with various concentration of cisplatin for three hours.
