AAV-shRNA treatment decreases the expression of liver fibrosis biomarkers in HBV-persistent mice. Mice received AAV2-shRNA treatment, and serum levels of TGF-β (a), collagen I (b), and collagen III (c) were measured by ELISA during a 6 month period.
