SSBP1 knockdown increased radiosensitivity of H1299 cells. Each group was irradiated with graded doses of 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 Gy. After 14 days of incubation, the colonies were fixed and stained. Those colonies containing more than 50 cells were scored as viable colonies. These data were fit into the single-hit multi-target model, and surviving curves were demonstrated using GraphPad prism 6.0 software.
