The diagnostic efficiency of susceptibility of right cerebral cortical vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients, non-AI patients, AI patients and HCs using ROC.

The best cut-off susceptibility of right cerebral cortical vein for the discrimination between mTBI patients and HCs was 158 ppb with a sensitivity of 81% (95% CI: 67–91), specificity 31% (95% CI: 16–50), and AUC value 0.52 (95% CI: 0.41–0.64) (panel a). The best cut-off susceptibility of right cerebral cortical vein for the discrimination between non-AI patients and HCs was 168 ppb with the sensitivity 38% (95% CI: 21–56), specificity 84% (95% CI: 67–95), and AUC value 0.59 (95% CI: 0.46–0.71) (panel b). The best cut-off susceptibility of right cerebral cortical vein for the discrimination between AI patients and HCs was 166 ppb with sensitivity 88% (95% CI: 62–98), specificity 41% (95% CI: 24–59), and AUC of 0.60 (95% CI: 0.45–0.74) (panel c).
